Why do I pay before submitting my documents?

Collecting payment up front means only serious applicants proceed, so our team's verification effort goes to committed partners. Your documents are reviewed only after a payment completes successfully — and your account is activated only after that verification is approved.

What documents will I need?

Have these ready before you pay: Business Registration, GST Certificate (if applicable), Identity Proof, Address Proof, Company Details, Branding Information, Support Contact Information. You upload them on your application form immediately after payment.

What happens after I submit my application?

It arrives on our review queue as Pending Verification. We'll either approve it — which activates your account, creates your wallet and assigns your plan — reject it with a reason, or ask you for additional documents. You're emailed either way, and you can update your details and re-submit if we need more from you.

How does billing work once I'm active?

Your plan renews on its billing cycle. If your prepaid wallet has enough balance we settle the renewal from it automatically. If it doesn't, we email you a reminder and start a 7-day grace period, followed by a final reminder before the account is suspended. Paying the invoice reactivates everything automatically.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade from your Reseller Center at any time — you pay the difference between your current plan and the new one, and the new features apply as soon as the payment clears.

What is the wallet for?

It's your prepaid balance with ServerFellows (A brand of BHATIA LABS INC). You top it up, and it funds your product purchases and plan renewals. You can set a low-balance alert and turn on automatic top-ups so services never lapse.
