Understanding how reseller hosting works is easier when you follow one client from sale to cancellation. The reseller buys access to an upstream hosting platform, creates a separate service for the customer, connects the customer\u2019s domain and website, bills the customer directly, and provides first-line support. The infrastructure provider operates the underlying hosting environment and handles issues outside the reseller\u2019s permissions.<\/span><\/p>\n

The reseller is therefore both a customer of the hosting provider and a service provider to the end client. That two-layer relationship shapes account ownership, branding, billing, support, and technical responsibility.<\/span><\/p>\n
